Highland Telephone Cooperative (HTC) offers Low Latency Ultra High Speed fiber optic internet service to our entire service area in Highland County. Internet is offered in tiers according to speeds, up to 1 GIG. The different speed tiers empower users to enjoy the broadband experience that is best for them and their family or business with telephone service optional. Each plan we offer includes our outstanding Customer Service and 24/7 Technical Support. Please contact the main office for details.
All accounts include 15 gigabytes (GB) for email and file storage: 1 main account and up to 4 sub-accounts.
Internet Service Plans
Internet connection speeds will vary depending on network congestion and quality of customer owned equipment. All advertised speeds are maximum speeds only and not guaranteed. **Fiber Modem: HTC will supply a Fiber Modem/ONT, and the Fiber Modem/ONT will remain the property of HTC. If the subscriber should discontinue service, the Fiber Modem will remain in the home or business for future customers. HTC also offers WIFI extenders for the home or business that requires additional WIFI coverage.
